He who has Ears pt. 10

Suffering and smiling by Fela pictures the Nigerian story. Come to think of it has there ever been a government that hasn't been criticized in one way or the other, the same supporters of Jonathan then saying because he had no shoes and his name Goodluck have actually been bringing him luck are still the same people who have named him BAD LUCK after the downfall of his regime, now they go behind Buhari supporting him saying he is the change forgetting that Buhari can only do his best but the real change is in our hands as citizens of Nigeria, at any slight mistake now they will begin to abuse Buhari again ..... what a nation of maniacs. ... it's so sad !!
Pls if Buhari takes over on the 29th do you think he will perform magic, have you and you and you yes even you thought of how he wants to resolve the issue of debt that has been accumulated over the years due to our carelessness and negligence thinking Nigeria is only for the government.
Genuinely if we give it a deep thought on who is the government we will realize that WE are the GOVERNMENT,  yes so if we are shouting that the government has failed it simply means we all have failed...
We see things that are bad and we ignore them saying "na government property, wetin concern me" and we go ahead and spoil it .e.g. frustrating the efforts of those who are willing to make it work.

They say charity begins at home, where is ours when we don't even have the ideal manners to rule our home NIGERIA, then we sit back blaming some set of people when we all actually see the mess under our nose and we accept it, we all had our shares of the good times and now the hard times that has even affected the education of our young ones who have been forced to sit at home on a compulsory midterm break which will jeopardize their fun on children's day due to the mismanagement of we their parents and grandparents as it may apply, i must say it's a big SHAME on us all. We fought fuel subsidy yet we got to the extent of purchasing it at ridiculous prices of almost a 100% increase abah, then some silly broadcasts have been flying in the air that some people are to be blamed, it's all our fault, If we are been truthful we will agree that we all are to be blamed for ignoring the checks and balancing method we use to do on each other.

Yet i believe it's never too late as I hope with this piece we can all sit back and have a rethink on our country NIGERIA which we all claim to love, let's not spoil our heritage with greed and our silly I don't care attitudes as we support and work hand in hand to effect the new change in NIGERIA.  This is not about Buhari but the entire citizens of Nigeria standing up to the CHANGE as we all are guilty for this black out Era we are experiencing in Nigeria.... its not about prayers alone but action as the time to act is NOW, may our ancestors help us as we help ourselves to a better Nigeria, "ilu oni baje Lori mi o, Amin Ase"
